Request account and data deletion

1.How to request deletion

Email contact@medetora.com from the email address registered on your account, and use this subject line:

• Subject: Medetora account deletion request
• Include your pharmacy or warehouse name, account email, and phone number if available.
• Specify whether you want to delete a single user account only, or delete an entire organization and its operational data.

2.What we delete

After we verify your identity and ownership of the account, we delete or permanently disable access to the following, depending on the scope of your request:

• Account data: name, email, phone number, login credentials, and role/permissions.
• Organization data (when org deletion is requested): settings, users, inventory, products, sales, orders, and suppliers/customers stored in the platform.
• Prescription images and uploaded files linked to the account or organization, if any.
• Push notification tokens associated with the account.

3.What we may retain and why

We may keep limited information for a period when required by law or for legitimate operations, including for example:

• Billing, subscription, and financial transaction records needed for accounting and legal compliance.
• Security or audit logs in a minimized form as needed to prevent fraud and protect the platform.
• Data we are required to retain under applicable law in Syria.

4.Expected timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Requests covering a full organization or large operational datasets may take longer; we will notify you if more time is needed.

5.Identity verification

To protect your account, we may ask for additional information to confirm that you own the account or are authorized by the organization owner before deleting data. We will not process unverified requests.
